QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: Center
1. What terrain will the center be located at?
The homework group will assist the design team to determine this, but generally centers have the
highest density and are typically located on flatter sites.
2. What are the potential zonings?
Potential zonings are Commercial, Mixed-use, Residential.
3. How much partnership with non-profit?
This is not yet known and will be discussed as part of the homework group.
4. What kind of access (road and trail) will there be to enter the center and for transit and delivery?
It is envisioned that there will be adequate access for pedestrians, cars, transit vehicles and delivery
trucks. The street cross sections of the center will meet code requirements and be discussed as part of
the homework group.
5. How much public transit access?
Bus transit routes and stops need to be coordinated with the City bus transit system. We envision at
least one bus stop in the Northwest Quadrant.
